With coupon code MENU, I was able to purchase gift certificates from restaurant.com at 80% off the value. So for a $25 certificate, normally valued at $10 for most restaurants on the list, I paid $2. Of course with such a bargain comes restrictions.
The restrictions for the specific restaurant I purchased the certificate for: Valid Sunday thru Thursday with min $50 for food only. Excludes Holidays, Special Occasions and Prix Fix Dinner Specials.
Spend $50? No problem! I can easily eat $50 worth of food. So to break it down, I will be eating $50 worth of food and paying $25(at restaurant) + $2 (restaurant.com) + tip = $34.50.
